The manger yelled at my son for running. I understand however you have no right to raise your voice at my 3 year old son simply say what you have to say kindly and or speak directly to me the parent I will take care of it he wasnt even doing anything to hurt any one the moment he came inside the laundromat with me the manager kept walking back and forth by me and my son as well as my two other kids. When running a business your going to come across different people from differnet walks of life ect. Learn how to deal with people in general. FAMILIES INCLUDED!! How you running a business but cant deal with families. He and his wife are very rude!!!!! They dont like kids at all.Yet they brought their BIG pitpull dog and another inside the laundromat and do often as if people dont have allergies or are not scared of dogs ect. He completely lost my business as of today I will not go back here because of how rude they were. And irritable with children you can tell they dont have children. Completely unacceptable. Never delt with such rudness at a laundromat seriously. I didnt even finish loading my laundry. Finishing what I have and going some where else more pleasant to finish layndry today. I live right upstairs from this place thought it would help me out be so convenient but Iwill never go back after today. If you have kids I suggest you go some where else. This place is nice its for looks and show but they dont deal with family orientated people very well at all. It took everything in me not to tell him off. The...
