I went to get my hair done Friday By Priscilla and I showed her exactly what I wanted she took it upon herself to do the opposite of what I wanted and gave me blonde hair when I wanted chestnut tones. She did not explain any of the process as to what she was doing. My hair was bleached over processed now it’s super dry and feels like hay. I had made an appointment in advance with the owner of the salon, Denise. The day of the appointment, she was a no show. The salon was closed and no one was inside the salon. The salon is located in the rear of a coffee shop, so I asked the employee if she knew about the salon closing. After she knew my situation, the employee attempted to contact Denise without success.
