The staff is extremely rude, especially a Hispanic middle eastern looking man. Revision, i asked about him, he's polish i think. He needs to go to charm school, or someone should teach him some manners. I go to the south chicago post office now just to avoid him, he wouldn't even let me use a piece of tape, had to buy an entire roll for less than an inch of tape. this man acts as if he truly hates his job, he's been rude to me and others on many occasions. (He's lucky he was behind that counter and I'm undergoing anger management) Heard him raise his voice at people, please get ride of him! I’m walking out at 12:01 while she’s locking the doors and an elderly lady who can barely walk with a walker wants to pick up her mail. Black make supervisor/postmaster was discourteous and unprofessional. Refused service to the public that he serves. Ignorant of the content of the USPS Poster 7 which states the rules and regulations regarding the post office. Refused to even take the time to read it. Used profanity when speaking to the individuals there to buy a stamped envelope. Completely ignorant power tripper closed early and refuse service to anyone wishing to use the Whiting, Indiana post office....
