I recently had the pleasure of visiting Floor & Decor, and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service I received from the store Manager Esther and Sales Associate Kedward. From the moment I walked in, both of them went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and stress-free.

Esther’s professionalism and leadership skills were evident right away. She took the time to listen to my needs, answer my questions in detail, and provide expert recommendations tailored to my specific project. Her knowledge of the products and ability to offer creative solutions made the decision-making process so much easier. Kedward was equally impressive with his attentiveness and enthusiasm. I had such a great experience at Floor & Decor, thanks to Esther, Yousuf, and Kedward. Esther, the manager, was super helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great advice on what would work best for my project. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choices.

Kedward was awesome too! He was so patient while walking me through different options and answering all my questions. He even gave me some really helpful tips for installation, which I appreciated. I had an issue with adding tiles to the existing floor level; thanks to Kedward, he advised me to add a self-leveling mix to my current uneven floor and after taking his recommendation the tile installation was seamless.

Yousuf was also super helpful. He went out of his way to pick out matching tiles ahead of my arrival; additionally reassured me that F&D had some of the highest quality products that would exceed my expectations, which it has.

We recently finished a complete renovation of our condominium apartment. With great help from the staff at Floor & Décor in Deerfield Illinois where we found all of the luxury vinyl tile plank flooring as well as wall and floor tile. The store has a tremendous selection and the staff kept us from becoming overwhelmed by listening to our ideas and helping us select everything. In addition, our contractor sourced the materials for installing the tile at Floor & Décor. The store was our complete solution.

Floor & Decor is very customer friendly. It made it easy to pick up our purchases and make returns when we found tile that looked different in our home than in the store. Left over tile also was able to be returned.
