Someone said this is a high end furniture store with customer service like a yard sale, and they are absolutely correct. I love all the pieces of this store, and the aesthetics is always amazing. However, we had a pretty cringy experience shopping there. We went a week after Black Friday and picked out a gorgeous dining table, with a price tag of $3699. The salesman confirmed the price and encouraged us to purchase. We told the salesman we’d like to purchase and when the clerk rang it up it came out $5400. We asked them to double check just to find out that this table is no longer on sale and they messed up the price tag. During this time, they kept us in the store for about 30 minutes while trying to sort out this discrepancy. I was happy to walk away without buying the table but they asked me to put in another $300 so if I put in $4000 they will let me take it. It was ridiculous and embarrassing for them. They wasted our time, promised a price, just to demand more - not a good look at all. After politely declining to make an additional $300 purchase, they reluctantly sold us the table to be delivered.
I wish I could end here and say that the delivery service was smooth but it isn’t the case. The nice gentlemen who delivered our table to be assembled revealed to us the parts they sent us were incorrect and the nails don’t match the socket. Defeated, they asked us to either ask them to bring the table back or get on the phone with the store. Luckily I keep a toolbox full of different screws and nails and had a dozen that just happen to fit.
Constructive feedback for the store: get you act together. Act professional. Package your goods and parts properly. This is a high end furniture store where one single piece costs $4k not a yard sale when you bargain with me to get a few more dollar and sell me...
Read moreMy wife and I have always found furniture stores to be lacking in warmth and friendliness. Typically, we encounter uninformed staff who aimlessly wander around and provide lackluster responses to our inquiries about sale items. More often than not, they don't have the answers and will ask us to wait while they seek assistance elsewhere, only to return and push us to buy something, regardless of whether it complements our home decor. However, our experience at ARHAUS has been a complete contrast to this norm. Their showroom is impeccably designed, featuring spacious room setups that showcase stunning furniture pieces. The staff at ARHAUS are not just salespeople; they are individuals you'd happily invite into your home to admire how beautifully their furniture fits in with your décor and lifestyle. It's truly remarkable. What sets ARHAUS apart is their exceptional ability to understand their customers' needs. They recognize that purchasing furniture is a significant investment, and they are experts in guiding you through the process. They are confident in the quality of their products and are always ready to assist you in discovering new items, as well as informing you about upcoming sales. Even their delivery is remarkable. Our experiences at both the New Jersey store (Hello, Massi!) and the Connecticut store (Hello, Hash!) have been consistently outstanding. The team at ARHAUS goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, making every effort to accommodate our preferences. It's this level of dedication and service that keeps us coming back time...

My experience has been similar to that of others. I initially had a positive purchase experience with the sales rep - Jacqueline. However, all the positivity quickly turned sour when I encountered a problem with my purchase, and I didn't think the furniture I purchased was properly manufactured/advertised. When I reached out for help, everyone directed me to the regional manager Chris PEREZ - remember this name. What do you expect if you purchase a piece of furniture at your neighborhood yard sale? I would expect no professional help of resolution, and that is what you get at this Arhaus store. After about 20 attempts (emails and phone calls) to contact to resolve the issue, he ignored my inquiry and never responded. He has selective listening and only responds to a request he is willing to address—absolute ridiculous business practice at its best. Even if you buy at a local small business and there is a disagreement, they would respond to you, but Chirs Perez will ignore you and never discuss your issues. I called the corporate office and talked with the store manager and sales rep to resolve and discuss my issue, but they told me to talk with Chris Perez, who does not do his job. I was initially worried about the potential issues (thanks to other reviews) and used the best credit card. I was able to resolve the issue through my credit card company. In a way, I am glad this happend. After this experience, I sold all my...
