Faith and LeAnn are two of the finest stylists I have ever been to. There's a certain Anime, Visual Kei, type haircut I have been trying to get for 10 YEARS at over 50 SALONS! I have paid up to $150 for a haircut and no one has ever gotten it this good. Faith is seriously incredible, I really have no idea how she gets it this perfect every time. I always go to her with a seriously unrealistic expectation of a haircut that "should" be impossible to do and somehow she manages to get it PERFECT! If Faith isnt available I will always go to LeAnn, no one else. She can do any haircut with pinpoint precision. Its VERY difficult to discern who is better when they've both reached the EPITOME OF HAIRCUT PERFECTION!

Any haircut you get here will score you DOZENS OF FOLLOWERS!...maybe even MORE, but everyone's mind will be blown up all over the place by then anyway...ease up, there...great power and responsibility, y'know? TONS OF SERVICES! One service gives you the haircut of a FREAKING GOD. GOLDIE LOCKS WOULD FALL TO HER KNEES AND CRY!...one service shampoos and massages your scalp, IT FEELS GLORIOUS!...and one service colors and highlights your hair to MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOU CAME STRAIGHT OUT OF A VIDEOGAME! But, get this...there's also a BONUS SERVICE!! That's right, there's a crazy SERVICE that TRIMS AND STYLES YOUR FACIAL HAIR!! Now your indecisive butt won't have to choose a favorite...just use them all!!

Seriously, ANYONE looking for a good haircut needs to come here, especially to Faith or LeAnn. They can do Anime haircuts, Videogame haircuts, haircuts to make you look like your cat that will be secretly jealous of you, then try to murder you in your sleep. AND SO MUCH MORE!! I swear you wont find a better haircut for less than a BAJILLION DOLLARS!

But if you do, it's because you thought it made you a super hero or something and Miss Scarlet hit your head with a lead pipe or whatever, so don't do that. A haircut here will not give you real super powers. Just make you look like...

First off, I have waited to write this review because I requested a refund. I didn't get one, so let me tell you about my experience. I arrived to this location to get my hair cut, I was prepared with a couple pictures of the general look. I specifically asked for a etched out part. During the entire hair cut, the hair dresser complained about how much she made off of each hair cut and how cheap and horrible $5 tips are and how cheap the people are that leave them. She told me about her apartment and how she is struggling because of how cheaply she is paid. Flash forward to my entire hair cut of listening to the lady complain about how much she makes and how she can't live like that, I felt rushed, she was too busy complaining to actually do anything I asked for and I left with a haircut that I wasn't happy with. I reached out to corporate because this was my second time coming in and my second bad experience, the first time I figured maybe I just had a bad egg, obviously not the case. They offered me to come back and get my hair done again by their manager, I refused because I'd prefer a refund and to find a reliable place to get...

I have been going to Lady Jane's in Novi for years, and each and every time I have been very pleased with my visit. I return almost every 4 weeks to make sure I look sharp each and every time.

Faith has been so consistently outstanding that I rarely have to specify the exact cut I am looking for. She has impeccable skill and intuition. She is meticulous with her work and I can easily recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent Hair Stylist. It is easy to see why she has so many "faith"-full return customers.

For the rare occasions that Faith has been absent, all of her colleagues have also been very friendly and excellent at their jobs. They are friendly, approachable, and do a great job.

I would highly recommend this Lady Jane's to anyone looking for an awesome haircut. The leather chairs in the waiting area are great, the individual TV screens at each station are really convenient and all of the stylists do a great job.

They do have walk-in slots, but do yourself a favor and call ahead for an appointment. Make sure you grab a quick shampoo with your haircut so you have a better idea of how your hair will look after...
