I was honestly blown away by my experience today. I have heard about this chain for several years, and was trying to find something for lunch after an appointment, so I decided to stop in. Immediately, I could tell this was going to be a positive interaction. Christian took my order, and he was so friendly and helpful. Both gentlemen working today were courteous to every customer that walked through the door, making helpful suggestion and giving each person their full attention, really making the most for the customer experience. Beyond exceptional customer service. On top of that, the food was phenomenal, and very reasonably priced. I am already looking forward for the next time I can come back!

Everything about this place is amazing but they aren’t fully halal which is disappointing because us Muslim people are limited with options. I’d probably come in more if everything was halal. Another thing I dislike a lot is that if you try to call in an order, first it’s a bot talking and at least 5-6mins of your time is wasted because you can’t call in an order. They want you to order online which is so time consuming especially when you already know what you want to order. Not everything is on the menu online either. These things are not really common for a middle eastern food place. I hope to see them change these things in the near future so I can tell my friends about it. I’ve been here before many times usually there’s other guys working here some Arabic man today I went in and there was a young white guy. I told him I’m vegetarian. I don’t want any meat no falafel JUST RICE & VEGETABLES!! he literally gave me hardly any rice and then I told him I don’t want the sauce on top of my actual food. I like it on the side so I can add it later. He said I had to pay for the sauce on the side, but it’s the same thing you’re getting sauce anyway!? Why can’t I get it on the side instead of on top of my meal!? it’s just ridiculous. I’m a grown adult paying for food, but I can’t get the way I want it doesn’t make any sense.
