Long and complicated. I am sorry I ended up getting anything from Jared. I am actually considering selling it back and getting a simple band from a different store. Customer service (starting back at my original purchase) my initial ring was sold to me, with a stone I picked and then I was sold a warranty that DIDN"T cover the main stone, rendering it pointless (we were not told that type of stone was not covered due to softness of said stone) as the stone was damaged a few weeks after we picked it up due to my sales lady deciding the size i selected "wasn't big enough and wanted to help" by UP SIZING my ring, causing it to roll and bang constantly. I had to deal with the manager who assisted me in buying something more durable, giving me PROPER information about warranty and explanation of why certain stones were not covered ETC.... This location seems to have an issue finding sales individuals or I just ended up with the B Team of jewelry sales . I hate going there, I took my ring in needing to be resized and cleaned this past Sunday, they found a loose stone (glad they did) and put in for a repair, cleaning and re sizing. The simple resizing ended up being the issue, instead of doing what I asked.... (with me repeating the issue a few times) I said to PLEASE bring down the size of BOTH bands (Wedding set) she countered as to why I should do one and not the other..... and that it could be adjusted again if I didn't like it (unsure why that couldn't have been done if my original request was not to my liking). I then agreed to do it HER way, then was extremely confused as to why I was asked the same question, in a different manner again. This happened a few times until I finally was frustrated, said never mind on the re sizing and I would just continue to wear the plastic sizer I got off Amazon. The CSR assured me that was not ok, we needed to have me happy. I explained that I was frustrated and I didn't understand why we kept having the same conversation, I had listened to her recommendation and agreed to try it the way she recommended so I was frustrated at why we were going to have to go over it again (the 5th time by that time). THEN after a VERY long while... she handed back my wedding band and said they would clean the engagement band. I asked her why when I had asked to have both cleaned as it made no sense to have one looking like new and the other ... not? (she informed that she misunderstood that part) So then we had to wait even longer for THAT to be logged. It takes forever to get anything done there and I feel like no one listens to what you want unless you are buying something NEW or upgrading... again a sale is being made. Beyond upset at having to deal with this location (its the only one near me still an hour away) for the life of this wedding set, which is why I have considered just selling it back and cutting my losses. YES I hate going there that much. Also, not for nothing, this most recent visit i was TOLD they would call and let us know when the ring was ready to be picked up.... that didn't happen, I had to call today and track it down. I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my partner and I received during our recent experience with Monica at your store. We’re a little older, financially secure, and child-free, so we were truly excited to do something special and memorable as we move forward in life. After selecting a ring, we were planning to return the following weekend to make our purchase and were even arranging an engagement party.
Unfortunately, Monica provided extremely poor service. Aside from helping us with ring sizes (something any jewelry store can do), she failed to follow through on everything else she promised. She asked for our contact information—stating she would send us a “wishlist” with the final three bands and stone shapes we had selected, and even re-confirmed my partner’s email multiple times.
However, we never received anything. We waited over a week and followed up with a call, during which Monica again promised to get back to us. She never did. At this point, it honestly feels like we were duped into giving out our personal information under false pretenses, which is especially unsettling during such an execiting & meaningful process like engagement ring shopping.
We are now left not only questioning the professionalism we expected from your establishment, but also concerned about what was done with our contact information.

Read moreI would honestly leave a -10 star review if I could for this establishment. I went in to this store today, not my first experience there, for a simple service for all of my jewelry. Just a quick inspection, cleaning and setting up for 2 of my rings to be polished up. There were four staff members on the floor. Only one even approached me to assist me. She was clearly a very new employee, but kind. She had absolutely no idea how to help me and could barely work the tablet to find my account. I've been a long time customer, over 25 years now. She asked repeatedly for help from her colleagues and she got none. She was struggling so badly that I ended up leaving and having nothing done to my jewelry. Not even a quick inspection. I asked if there was a manager on staff and the older lady working, didn't even look up from her paperwork and said he's off this week. Now there were no other customers in the store at this time, yet still no assistance to the employee or myself. I stated loud and clear that this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in here. Not one of them looked up at me. I apologized to the lady trying to help me and let her know I was leaving but not because of her or her lack of knowledge.
