Ordered starbucks for the 1st time from this store. Biggest mistake ever!! Called and explained my burritos were undercooked. She said we don't have burritos. I Said yes you do I just ordered 2. She proceeds to argue and say they are wraps. Ok whatever tomato tomata... I continue to say they were undercooked. She says I'll remake it. Meaning 1 item. I said no there was 2 and I'm not feeding my toddler undercooked food. She goes if you'll listen i said I'll replace it. The whole conversation was combative. I tried to say ma'am you are not listening to me. When she again interrupted me and I asked her name. She then said have a good day and hung up on me to avoid all accountability and me getting her name. I called back spoke to mitch and was told he'd remake them.At this point we are way beyond remaking it. Not 1 time was there any accountability for the food being served uncooked nor the way I was made to feel by the woman in the 1st call. I was almost in tears. So I called corporate they offered Me a refund..A refund didn't even bring comfort to the blatant disrespect. I think its imperative to know that your staff is serving undercooked food which is a health code violation and that your staff is blatantly deamening and disrespecting your customers after serving them undercooked food. That was my 1st and last time in that store. I've always been a dunkin person. Rarely Starbucks but I wanted to try Starbucks more.. that has officially been the conclusion of me returning to Starbucks. I've never received such treatment at any establishment. A simple I'm sorry and listening to the paying customer could had avoided all of this. Now not a refund an apology or a remake will make this right. I'm appalled at being treated like a nuisance beneath your staff. Please watch your cameras to see who answered that 1st call at 9:18-9:19 on 2-28. Read moreI will never return to this location because the staff is absolutely rude. Today i came through the drive thru and ordered a couple drinks 1 of three drinks were the incorrect size and when i mentioned it your employee Tyler decided to argue with me saying that this was the size asked for however i vividly remember them not even asking for a size and me confirming that it was in fact a larger size before leaving the speaker box. Tyler then catches an immediate attitude and says “well i need the drink back” which i have absolutely no problem with doing as long as i get the correct size drink he Tyler then goes “we will take care of it this time” then shuts the window aggressively. Well Mr.Tyler i hope this is the last time you would have to fix something like this because you need to listen better. After a couple moments of his throwing a tantrum to the other staff he course to the window and asks what kind of milk did i ask for in the drink to which i replied “idk i didn’t ask for a specific milk” to which he responded “you ordered it so i need you to tell me what kind you asked for in the first place”. Me knowing full and well this drink comes with milk but not what kind because no one ever asked and it never seemed to be a concern before was very confused and taking back by his rude and absurd behavior sat there for a minute until he said which one we the standard milk and i said that was fine so we could move on. He then closes the window once again aggressively and storms off to god knows where. Im glad he didn’t return because he should be embarrassed of how he preformed just then. terrible customer service, very nasty attitude, and very disrespectful. Read moreI rarely find myself in Starbucks. I happened to be meeting someone here for work and asked my fiancé if she wanted me to bring her something back.
The lady who took my order was very friendly and full of spunk. She is a superstar. Wish I knew her name to give her a proper shout out. Her order takinf and customer service skills are fantastic.
What I found annoying was after ordering. I was told they would call my name once the order was complete. So I sit and 5 minutes go by. It's lunch time figured it was there busy time. Then 10 minutes go by. Then 15. After 20 minutes I go to the counter and my order is sitting there. Now before there is any judgement, I was sitting pretty close to the counter. My name was never called. Other people's orders had their name called but mine wasn't. Staff should make sure they are announcing all names and at a loud enough decibel level for people go hear. Even the names they called you could barely hear over the commotion in the work area.
I'm not a coffee drinker anyway, so it's unlikely that I'd go back, but honestly this is why I prefer going to drive thru than going inside most places with this type of order setup. If your going to be shy in a job that you need to use your voice maybe find some place else to work. Instead I wasted 20 minutes waiting for an order that was really done in 5.
