Lemuria Crystal Shop . Haleiwa — Local services in Oʻahu

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Lemuria and have had wonderful experiences at the Kailua location. My recent visit to the Haleiwa store, however, felt a bit different. While browsing sterling silver jewelry, an employee, stepping away to do me a favor, said to her colleague, “watch her” in a way that suggested suspicion. There were also other uncomfortable moments during my visit that suggested suspicion and being unwelcome. I later learned it is store policy to keep eyes on the silver jewelry, which I understand, but I believe this can and should be done in ways that don’t make customers feel like they are doing something wrong.

When I shared my concerns, Lemuria’s team was very understanding and responsive. They reviewed the video and audio footage and acknowledged that the phrasing could have been handled with more grace. They also let me know that my experience would be used as a training opportunity for their staff. They offered a $25 gift card as a gesture of apology. While I personally don’t feel that fully reflected the situation, I did appreciate both the gesture and their thoughtful follow-up.

Sweet little crystal shop

As a fellow crystal lover and small ethically sourced and rare crystal shop, this place was recommended to my by a few people, and I can see why.

Nice selection of raw , tumbles and clusters of all kinds. Also some orgonite, jewelry and pendulums here and there. Would of given a 5 star review but I like to know where items are sourced from. None of them are labelled and the owner wasnt in, so I couldnt get an answer on most of the items other than the Lermurians which are of course, the shops specialty.

Still though - found a nice Lemurian point and could tell it was authentic and Brazilian sourced and quality.

This place is awesome! Not only do they have a huge and reasonably priced selection but the staff and/or owners are incredibly nice. There were a few people there so I'm not sure exactly everyone's exact title. But regardless everyone was beyond nice. There was a group of kids in there with their parents and the woman working the till was so patient with them and got excited about their selections with them.
