The last photo is how the entrance looks. When you walk in, there will be a desk and where you can put your shoes. You get escorted to a room and told to undress. The massage tables are actually not massage tables but planks of wood built to withstand the weight of two people. The rooms are open ceiling so you can hear everything going on in the place. Once you slip under the sheets, your therapist will come in for the massage. I had a couple's massage and our therapists walked in with their street clothes and just started the massage. There is no consultation beforehand so you don't know what kind of massage you're getting. There were times where she was too hard but the massage was decent, it was a combination of deep/Thai. When I flipped over and sat up, my breasts were uncovered and the other therapist was a male, I felt very uncomfortable. I have booked an appointment for my wife who is back home while i am deployed overseas doing what so many men and women signed up for. I am very disappointed to hear from wife who messaged me that she was humilitated when questioned by the staff if SHE has the proof of purchase. I made the appointment under her name and gave her time and location to be. Entire staff was not tracking and began to doubt her. We, as your servicemember, sacrifice so much to be away from our loved ones to wake up at 2am because seevice that i paid for did not get to be delivered for my wife back home. Booked a couple's massage with their special online, 70mins for $120 at the Aiea Town Center location Sunday Jun 23 @ 3:30PM. Booking and directions were easy. Arrived at location at 3:20PM, we may be sat down for a minute and then we were showed to our room we didn't start the massage till 3:30PM, wasn't much interaction however was still a pleasant experience. We both actually enjoyed our massage and the therapists were nice and efficient. Everything was going great until we looked at the time after we were told the massage was over and it was only 4:20PM, that's only 50 minutes.
