Iris was such a great hairdresser. She listens to your needs well and has a sense of fashion! She was also very thorough. Because of the pandemic, every customer has to keep the mask on during the haircut. She had my boyfriend remove the strap from the ear, and held the mask in place so she can get to the hair that’s hidden under the strap. I would 100% come back if we lived in Hawaii, but too bad we are only traveling here.

I used the mobile app at 11:00 AM this morning and it gave me an appointment time of 12:30 PM.  I arrived at the Supercuts at 12:20 PM.  I was then told that I would need to wait until 2:00 PM!!!  Are you kidding me!?!?  I needed to wait another 1 and half hours!!!  There was only one other person waiting in the store.  I was told that there were numerous other people that had called in that were ahead of me.  What is the point of the mobile app?  This is some of the worst customer service I have encountered.  I have reported this problem numerous times before.  PLEASE get this mobile app fixed or train your people in the store.! DO NOT USE THIS...

due to wearing a mask Iris worked around it..after I got home noticed front area around my ears 3" still uncut on both sides. how did she not notice that? at the register they charged a sanitization surcharge $3.95. really? this is the 1st place I've gone into to charge for something I totally did NOT utilize, so whats up with that charge? a ripoff! i'd like a refund on my cc please. at no time was I ever given any sanitization anything, so am bamboozled by it forced to pay for something I didn't get. ...
