Massage Team — Attraction in Oak Brook

If you are looking to add more stress to your life, then this is the place to go! Not only is the place difficult to find, the set up of the office building is not very presentable. Another interesting aspect to this "business" is that they communicate via cell phone. So if they decide they're busy you'll get a text saying 'can't talk, please text'-- and a lot of good that will do if you are calling to find the location, or request any type of changes to the appointment you made previously. I actually couldn't find the location, and received a text 20 mins after my apt time saying it was "south of walgreens." Just how many walgreens are there in America? And needless to say, the texting went on. When I found the place, I was incredibly displeased by the shoddy set-up and not to mention the lack of comfort. However my worst complaint about this place by far is that they have the WORST customer care I have ever experienced!! Actually, they have no concept of customer care at all [extremely rude and stand-offish]... and they don't value building a relationship with their clientele. The shop is located inside a business office, which was a little bit difficult to find. The ambience is strange as they played some sort of Cathedral music as the "relaxing music" as well as the secretary area is poorly lite. Both massage therapist that I spoke to were dressed in all-white uniforms something resembling a 70s nurse outfit. Both women had a Polish/Russian accent. I went into great detail about specific muscles and both massage therapists had no clue what I was talking about. The quality of the deep massage was good, but the massage therapists only focus on upper back. The massage therapist did not perform any low back, or glute massage. Overall, this place had a weird vibe to it. I would not go back for an overpriced...

The man is a total creep! First of all hard to find, in a little office suite in a hard to find bldg,...there was a small couch where a strange man was sitting that he wanted me to wait there and sit by the man while my daughter was getting her massage..so i left...my daughter told me after the massage after she was all relaxed and turned over...he was in her face talking about giving her money to date him and marry so he can get his green card, he wasn't even swedish, he was Lithuanian.
