Had them fix a head that fell out of a ring that was passed down to me about a month or two ago and the head already became so loose that I could move it back and forth. I went in to see if they could repair it again and how much. The lady at the desk was not very friendly once I told her I had gotten it fixed there before and my ring was now broken again, so I decided to goto a different place. While at a different jewelry shop, they told me they completely messed up the prongs that hold the head into the ring itself by making them uneven, they didn’t even attach it back to the bottom of the ring like they were supposed to and only fixed 2 of the 3 prongs that hold the diamond into the head itself that I had paid for. The prongs they did fix were “lumpy” per the other jeweler and needed to be redone. In order to fix everything that they messed up, it is now going to cost me around $1,000 to get it fixed. I wish I would have never gone here and will never recommend this...

Terrible customer service. I dropped a ring off on a Saturday based on their "most repairs while you wait" policy. The clerk told me that it couldn't be done while I wait because the "2nd jeweler was not in", but it could be done by 5pm the next day(Sunday.) When I called at 2:30 Sunday to check on the ring, the "manager" Jim was very rude over the phone and told me that I should have referred to my pickup ticket to see that it says 5pm Monday. He proceeded to argue with me, despite me telling him that I would not have even left the ring if it couldn't be done by the time quoted. His reply was "well you can always come get the ring." After review of my ticket, it didn't have any pick up time on it. Regardless of the ticket, you should never argue with a customer....

This company does not care about their customers! I have given them several chances. My necklace broke within a few weeks after getting it fixed, one of my rings was supposed to be sized while it was being fixed and it came out bigger. She told me" the guy who took it doesn't work there anymore" and didnt offer anything. The next ring was being fixed and came back too small for the finger it goes on and she told me" well it fits on the other finger"!!! Not how you do business!! I would rather wait a few days to get something back and it be right! I would not take my...
