Very poor customer service At this place. My husband bought me for Christmas bracelet and a charm, the bracelet was to small and the charm i had it already. My intention was to exchange it. They said I couldn’t do it and I had to do it online. Moving forward with some other jewelry I took with me that I bought before, they needed to be clean since they were turning dirty and black, instead of providing the service the lady in the counter start questioning how often I use them and why they were like that?! Is not a secret for pandora Users that this kind of thing happened to this jewelry. She just proceeded to utilize a microfiber towel doing a very cheap an poor job, when I questioned what she was doing, she just simply replied they couldn’t take anything to clean before January 14. One of my bracelet was broken, when I asked to be fixed or replace. She immediately told me they couldn’t do y it was more than a year. Never asked when I bought it or anything. The lack of customer service and prodesoto meet the expectations of a customer is simply ridiculous. A new store that just opened in Ocala. I went to one of Pandora’s retailers at the same mall. (Reed ) and they went above and beyond to help me with my issues. They exchanged the jewelry, they clean it, and I even ended up spending more money with them. I will highly advise to review and consider what kind of people you are hiring, Pandora is not cheap and is a luxury item that no one needs, the attention and customer service plays a very important role when it come about retailers.    Read moreI was intending to purchase a personal item as well as a Christmas gift for my niece. Upon entering the store, I noted that it was quite crowded. I promptly signed in on the waiting list notebook before entering. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I observed that three individuals entered the store without signing in. The employees were preoccupied with assisting other customers who had already registered, marking off their names from the list. I was optimistic about being next in line; however, an employee emerged from the back, approached the counter, and inquired if the three individuals, who had arrived later than I and bypassed the sign-in process, required assistance.
Although I felt a degree of frustration, I refrained from voicing my concerns due to a sense of embarrassment. Fortunately, RUBIE E., who had concluded her previous engagement and was in the process of organizing the space, recognized my prolonged wait. She examined the waiting list, acknowledged my presence, and attended to me as the next customer. I expressed my gratitude for her adherence to the established protocol and her commitment to the waiting list, which exists for a reason. My grandmother passed away last week and the day after her passing I went into the store to purchase a charm for my mother in remembrance of my grandma. I had just been in the hospital for days straight to be with my grandma and I was exhausted, I bought the charm I was looking for and I left. When I got home I realized they had added the "pandora cares" protection plan, but they never voiced this to me or asked if that was something I wanted. A bit frustrated I used their online chat service and was told they could not assist because it was purchased in store and not online, which would have been fine but the person I spoke to was so incredibly cold and rude. Never once did they even apologize for the experience or even offer condolences as I mentioned I had bought this charm as a bereavement gift. Finally I sent in an email in to Pandora support just voicing my disappointing experiencing with the store and the online chat and requesting assistance getting the pandora cares refunded as I don't need the protection plan. It's been 6 days now and no one has replied other then an autoresponder telling me my email was received.
