From the moment I stepped foot in there, I knew I'd struck gold. This here's the place for the best western apparel you ever did see. They got boots that'll make your feet sing and hats that'll keep the sun off your brow in style. Every stitch, every buckle, every piece of leather just screams quality. I'm tellin' ya, it's a rootin' tootin' good time just lookin' at all their wares. If you're lookin' to outfit yourself like a true cowboy or cowgirl, you best be gettin' yourself down to Urban Boots Outfitters. Five stars, easy!...

Pulled up a couple weeks ago, parked in the back for no longer than 10–15 minutes. Came back out and boom—blocked in by a van. Had to waste my time going inside just to get the guy to move it. He decides to puff his chest out, acting like “Tommy Tuff Knuckles” while talking down to me as I walked away. Should’ve called security then and there. And now, funny enough, suddenly there’s a car parked back there too—almost positive it’s theirs. Hypocrisy at its finest. You’re not the big boss just because you’ve got muscles and a truck. The mall doesn’t belong to you, and if this is how you run things, maybe focus on better business instead of petty...

We will not be returning. Not only were the prices unreasonably marked up compared to other local stores, but the staff was beyond unprofessional. He proceeded to talk to us about being “locked up in jail”, his run-ins with many woman causing him to pay child support, and other similar topics that were not appropriate.
