Montego Bay Super Thrift — Attraction in Ocean City

The Montego Bay Super Thrift is a nice little supermarket. It's not as big as the supermarkets in Baltimore, but it has a vary good selection of products and foods. There's a deli with employees behind the counter and tasty looking prepared items. The shrimp salad and the potato salad looked particularly enticing. But they weren't on the list my wife gave me, and I'm trying to lose weight. So I didn't buy any.

Checkout was pleasant and quick. Earlier, there was an item I couldn't find. The checkout lady knew where it was.

The shopping carts are kept outside the store, and there are railings that imply that the customer shouldn't roll the shopping carts out to their cars in the free parking lot. But they don't make it impossible. That's convenient for frail elderly folks like myself. I did return the cart to where it belongs after putting my items in my car.

This was a pleasant shopping experience, and I recommend the Montego Bay...

We have been shopping here for years because of the friendly faces that greet us, stock the shelves full of delicious treats and a good selection. the deli has many treasures and bargains for beach and boat trips, and the produce is always fresh. We especially thank Jenny, who stopped to walk with us, make recommendations, and make us feel at home. She taught us a couple great new tricks for some of our summer favorites, she brought some special ingredients to us and we are very thankful ... Double win on your caprese recipe, Jenny! see...

This is a very nice grocery store. But it was funny this morning. Lol. They were almost out of coffee. Two people at front registers. I told cashier needed coffee. So she is telling the other girl apparently that customers tell them when need coffee. WOW. I'm thinking your 20 feet away from coffee machine. You mean to tell me between two of you at the registers. You cannot simply look at coffee machine to see when more needs to be made?????? WOW. Seems lazy to me. Way lazy. Lol lol lol maybe an owner there needs to...
