We visited the U.S. Life Saving Station 30 during the NJ Lighthouse Challenge, and it was a fantastic experience! The employees and volunteers were incredibly friendly and passionate, sharing fascinating stories about the station’s history and life-saving efforts along the Jersey coast.
The station is well-preserved, giving a glimpse into the tools, equipment, and daily routines of the brave crews who once operated here. Walking through the exhibits really brings the history to life, and the attention to detail is impressive.
