Coastal Chateau — Hotel in Ocean City

5 Star? HOW ABOUT 10 STARS!! My wife and I just returned from Coastal Chateau and the celebration of our 26 year wedding anniversary. We arrived way early in the day (check in 4 pm) and stopped by to see the place. Fortunately, we ran into Cindi and got a very brief but thorough tour of the property. AMAZING! More on that later.... we parked our car (only about a 3-5 min walk back to the Chateau) and hit the beach until check-in...While on the beach a storm rolled in and we immediately received a text from Coastal Chateau advising us that due to the impending storm, they have our room ready ahead of schedule. WHAT? That's customer service!! I would like to also add that the communication with the vacationer is precise and ALWAYS on time. Once we arrived back from the beach...WOW!!! This is NOT what I would call call a hotel but as my wife and I agreed, we felt like we were guests in Cindi's home.....there is nothing that the owners and staff at Coastal Chateau had not included and or thought of to make our stay unforgettable...incredible entry(great front/side porch with tables and rockers) and sitting areas just inside the foyer (extremely well decorated), to the kitchen area that includes a gourmet professional quality Keurig (think about having a portable high end coffee shop in your home; Latte,Mocha,Cappucino,etc...),ice machine, champagne buckets, and endless supply of snacks (TastyKakes,popcorn,fresh peaches),Life Savers (my favorite!!) Everything is light and cheery and again so well planned. There is never a communication breakdown and again we saw Cindi on several occasions and she was fantastic. We stayed in the Dunes Suite and it was perfect for the two of us, complete with mini fridge, large walk-in shower (great bath products as well), and a large soaking tub. Oh, and did I mention the excellent bottle of champagne that was in our room with a hand written anniversary card and fresh flowers? Bed was super comfortable and actually found ourselves sleeping in (usually super early risers) Well, I could go on for days but unfortunately reality has set in and I must get back to work....Please do yourself a huge favor and treat yourself to this place, you will not be disappointed,trust me! In closing, we loved it so much we booked next year before we even left this year!! Cindi and Team.......You guys rocked it from start to finish, thank you so much and see...

Where do I start with coastal chateau, my friends and I just spent 3 days there and it definitely wasn't enough. I needed 7 to 9 days there or longer. It's everything and more it's truly so breathtaking and beautiful, every single inch from the second we walked in ,we got greeted from such a beautiful lady , I can tell her soul was pure like a angel , it felt like I was walking into my sister's home the way we were greeted. The rooms are spectacular. The service is above and beyond. They have touched their beautiful home and welcome in everyone as family , to snacks , coffee to the service. Music to even asking how our days we're going that's amazing ❤️, The place is incredibly clean, just makes you forget everything in the moment while you're there, I have not personally met everyone, I need to thank this beautiful family ,And we can not wait to go back with more friends , I have to say I rate coastal chateau a strong 10 & above , if you never been there I strongly recommend this is the most perfect getaway, I would recommend if your looking for a classy place to get married and a dream place coastal chateau is the place , I travel to many places and I have to say I was truly inspired by this beautiful place ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm actually sad I'm home right now , if you wanna really feel relaxation when your there ,make sure you go up to there rooftop, And when you wake grab a fresh coffee in the kitchen and sit on the front porch and just relax and take it all in , you can follow Coastal chateau on IG as well ,thank you once again sincerely Michelle B Can't wait to go back and we will be back 💕 I must say coastal chateau needs to be in magazines, those women truly know how to design and...

Talk about “meant to be”…our AirB&B unexpectedly cancelled the rez (how is that even allowed?)…but lo and behold we found this absolute gem -The Coastal Chateau! Perfect (quiet) location just 2 blocks from the Boardwalk/bike rentals/ great restaurants/fave 4th St coffee shop, TCC has a designated parking spot a few blocks down but we easily found close parking. But let me tell you about this gorgeous place… Cindy, one of the owners, is stunning in every way -somehow always there if you need anything …yet you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The first level has an outdoor eating area, place to wash sand off your toes, store your bike, etc. Walk up a few stairs to the main entrance, you’ll love the gorgeous wraparound deck! Inside, you’ll just gasp at the beautiful and welcoming the soft monochromatic and tastefully appointed sitting room. You’ll find a large sitting/eating table, a very schmancy coffee/espresso/cappucino/tea maker, plentiful ice, as well as yummy treats. We stayed at the top room that had rooftop access. Again, just jaw dropping - every single aspect of our room was perfect - the bathroom had plenty of cushy towels, a lovely sitting room with fireplace, THE comfiest bed and pillows …truly the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. The views were spectacular on the spacious rooftop deck. we went out early to read and sunbathe, at sunset to take in the ocean and Ferris wheel views. Cannot...
