My experience at Encounters was absolutely fantastic! From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were greeted by the friendly employee, Kaitlyn. Her warm welcome set the tone for a great time ahead.

Kaitlyn went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the rules and strategies of the game, which made our laser tag experience smooth and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and energy were infectious, creating a fun atmosphere for everyone. She was attentive to our needs throughout the entire session, making sure we were having a blast.

The most legit mirror maze I've ever seen. Almost hit the walls a few times. They have some super neat pepper's ghost effects in there too. There were moments where my boyfriend and i had separated and we weren't sure if we were looking at each other or a reflection. Your voices bounce around too. The time challenge with the buttons was fun, but the weakest of the 3 things. The lazer maze was cool. You really have to roll on the floor and choose your movents carefully to succeed.
