Playtime Family Fun — Attraction in Ocean Shores

I’ve been coming here four to five times a year my whole life, I love and adore the slick truck we had a problem with a rider smacking into my sons car multiple times, and wanting to just hear my son up and not make him have a bad experience I came to speak to the owner Mike and he was so sweet he talk to my son and calmed him down and made him feel safe in better and then gave him a gift card to be able to ride free for the afternoon which completely removed the ugly Memory into a beautiful experience which I knew he would be able to help me help my son rewrite the scary thing into something awesome! I also want to say a special thanks to Amanda she is amazing with my son so sweet and knowledgeable and is able to multi task and work a huge crowd all at once even when they are under a huge , we’ve been here a week and Amanda treats my son better than family! My review went from 3.5 star up to four stars strictly because she makes you feel so welcome and special here. My son adores her and how she helps him pick games and helps him to learn them on the VR which is super fun by the way and not very advertised so you might not even know they have gaming set ups for fortnite and a to. Of other games. This family fun place has just gotten better and better over the years since I was my child’s age and still is manages to keep that family vibe so you’re not only get to have family fun but it is such a wonderful experience here. The owner is incredibly charming and definitely cares about the happiness and satisfaction of his customers and takes very good care of them. Thank you so much Mike and Amanda and all of the rest of the employees here we will always be back

My son rode this track last year himself and was hurt by some kid who smashed into him from behind several times as you can see in my previous review I have even coming here my entire life, the owner gave him a free round of vr and thought he was decent but this year he obviously is holding g a grudge over that $20 loss and my son was denied driving the slick track as he said “his hair is making him tall enough” I explained he rode last year he k ew it was us but $20 vr comped credit last year left him so salty he refused to let my so. Ride and just to make sure he made his point he allowed a young man much smaller then my son ride in the same session as us! We washed his hair laid it flat to come in our last day because my sons been in tears all weekend as he dreamt of coming g back this year bigger and stronger then the year before and the man pretends to be super nice but this was just cruel. This place holds so many many memories I wanted my son to enjoy them too before he’s too old, by next year they won’t be able to say he’s too short by any means but he will have maybe a year before this no longer get k retests him 😞 makes me sad how people treat people in this world this place is so special to me and now this is two years of bad memories that cannot be refunded and it’s not worth explain this to this man because he knows what he’s doing I can’t convince him not to be mean that’s what he’s going for 😞😞😞

The two stars are for all the happy years before the minus three are how I’m left feeling when I weigh the good w bad now another year we’ll see if I can change this again...

In the past we have had a fairly neutral experience here which is why I didn’t give one star. But I took my kids there today on their giant slides and I let them each slide two times and it cost me $20 for three kids to slide down the slide two times. The worst part was the guy who was working was extremely rude to them. He gave them absolutely no instructions before going up and when they got up my 4 year olds blanket he was supposed to sit on accidentally slid out. He said to me, “they can’t do that or I’m going to have to shut this ride down and they won’t be able to come back on.” Like he did it on purpose or something, he’s 4. He goes up the stairs and yells at the kids how they need to do it and stopped them midway to fix their blanket. I guess when they got down he didn’t feel they understood still so he stood in front of all of them blocking them and said the same thing over again. By that time they felt so awkward it wasn’t even enjoyable and all they said when they got down was that he was rude and yelled at them. Instead of coming off with smiles they all looked close to tears. My kids are pretty quiet and reserved and also very respectful so I don’t know why he was being so harsh. He was older so I’m guessing he was the owner. But you shouldn’t have a family child centered business if you have no patients for kids and...

we paid $76.92 for 3 bumpers and 5 single go karts. apparently each round of go karting is supposed to go around the track 10 times and yet i was the second person from the front and i only went around max 6 laps. i even went back in and asked the worker inside how many laps we were supposed to go around he said 10. then i told him we only went around 5-6 times max and he asked his coworkers that were working on the track outside and said we finished our 10 laps and then said he can only take his coworkers word for it. Later i went back in and asked if they had cameras on the track they said no. i asked if i could get a refund on at least 3 of the go kart rides he said no. i asked if we could at least get our 4-5 laps around he said no. i really don’t recommend this place for anyone that actually want to have fun and don’t want to get ripped off their money unless they go around and record how many laps they go around. honestly wish my family didn’t spent...
