Please note that if I had known my husband was asked to not touch the cards, I would have left immediately. We are late 50's, retired and not hurting for cash but he felt totally disrespected. He told me that I could meet him at the tavern next door. I purchased almost $100 in gifts and I would never have done that had I known about the rude treatment. It is great to help your customers but how much money do you loose by watching everything they do, chastise them and expect they will open their wallet....I will never be a repeat customer and clearly you don't care. So sad that you see Everyone as a thief or someone who is out to diminish your profit. I wish I could give you zero stars for that. You have one standing at the register watching everything, one on the floor helping and one at the cash register.
