My sister and her kids stayed here and loved it. I visited them here a few times and it is a great place for families. They have a little beach just down the street and it is full of families, no homeless or scary characters. There is no lifeguard so you swim at your own risk. It is great for boogie boarding too. I felt very safe there and my sister even went swimming and felt safe leaving her blanket, chair and keys on the sand. They have a nice pool inside the complex with a hot tub. The place was full of tourists since it was summer and it seems most people come down on the weekends. Parking is very tight and security actively patrols the parking underground and outside so don't try to park there when you are visiting unless you check with them first. They have elevators and wooden walkways inside with a little lagoon, green trees and a huge rec room. DO NOT come here in the summer or during spring break if you do not want to be around kids. They were not too loud but they crowded out everyone else in the pool, hot tub and rec room. These are all condos, one bedroom and up. If you rent a place on the opposite of the beach, you will be close to the train tracks and hear the train. The one bedrooms only window was the sliding glass door leading to the balcony and the bedroom window. My nieces that were sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room got very hot once the breeze died down. There is NO AC, not even boxed ac and with high humidity and heat, it can be stifling. I had to bring over my large fan for them. There are units for rent that overlook the ocean, some that overlook the pool. I would not personally buy a unit and live here since most are rentals and you would be around strangers constantly. But, these would be great investments for short term rentals. It's a short walk to the beach, this is a security complex with secure underground parking. It seemed very safe, day and night. I wouldn't mind renting one of the beach facing units during the off season in winter and curl up with the fireplace on, listening to the...

Read moreBe cautious of renting from Bea and Frank at this property...unit 320B!!!! I read another review that talked about the cleanliness and condition of this unit but because it was 10 months ago I figured it would have changed....so sadly disappointed. The place was awful and I definitely felt taken advantage of. The unit has never been updated, painted, or really cleaned since its purchase in the early 80's. It blows my mind how someone could charge or better yet even rent a unit in this condition. The property was outstanding in location and beauty and was close to anything you would want. I would strongly urge anyone renting this unit to.cancel...in fact I probably left the unit cleaner than when I came and they rated us as a renter a 3 on cleanliness?!?!??! Furthermore they wanted to charge a $25 finders fee plus shipping for my mother's key she left on accident. The furniture is gross, old, uncomfortable and mostly broken. Technologies were still from the 80's...VHS..Really?? and the toilet, shower, and sink were all broken!!! Junk that has been gathered, collected and hoarded over the years just sits in any available and open space. I am in disbelief and wish there were standards required to follow in order for you to post your unit for rent because this would never make ANY list. I am happy we spent 90 percent of our time out and about roaming beautiful oceanside. STAY AWAY FROM UNIT 320B!!! Fyi we called the guard shack to see about the lost key and they had nothing but awful things to say about the owners...dont believe me just call and ask the...
