This long, wide, slightly-tapered sandy beach, stretches from the jetty separating it from Oceanside Harbor Beach, all the way to Oceanside Pier- the longest wooden pier on the West Coast. I see lots of surfers catching waves at this beach. The very best of them can be found riding tubes on both sides of the pier. When it's super windy, sometimes you'll find kite boarders out here, launching off waves. Sunsets here are extra special, as the flat wet sand acts like a mirror, reflecting the clouds above, so beautifully.
