I really like this place. When I'm buying for someone special and don't know what to get, or I just want to get out of the Walmart/Target rut, I'll come here and browse for half an hour. If nothing else, there's always a really great card. Half the time, something out of the confectioner's case pairs nicely with it. (Legend has it that calories don't count when you buy it from Donna's.) Their selection is smaller, but seems perfect for an indecisive guy like me. Read moreI had some items I had bought as a gift for someone from a Hallmark in Texas that I needed to return. They were still wrapped, in their original bag, and I had the receipt. The clerk I spoke with was extremely rude to me, said she couldn't help me at all in spite of the printed return policy on the receipt, and appeared condescending rather than empathetic. The behavior of the clerk was far worse than actually not being able to return the merchandise. I have shopped at this particular Hallmark in the past. I will never come here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. This was simply deplorable...

She pulled several for me before I got there to look at outside from my car. I think that is awesome they can still sell their cards and make my day.
