Subway — Restaurant in Warr Acres

Im giving 5 stars because the customer service i received was amazing given the circumstances and the woman working around 12:30 by herself on a Sunday made the best subway sandwich I've had in a while and SHE deserves 5 stars.

HOWEVER - the owner should be ashamed of themselves for staffing the store with only 1 person during the sunday after-church rush. I had an online order and she was working very fast to fullfill the online orders while atleast 5 other people were waiting. Thankfully all of these customers were more sympathetic as it was very obvious that she was the only person running the entire store, but not every customer that walks in will be so kind. One of the customers that walked in knew the owner's name was Harry so everyone knows this reflects poorly on him. Harry - have some pride in your establishment...

Came here yesterday on my way to work and had a perfect experience with the young dark haired man behind the counter. He had flawless service. However. Today, same thing I went in on my way to work and the old gentleman behind the counter didn't know what I was asking for. (The Beast No-bready bowl) I had to repeat myself maybe 5-6 times and he slipped the meat and went right to the veggies. Once I went to pay he pulled out a napkin that they hand to customers at the register and began blowing his nose and wiping his face. DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS! Then bagged up my order and tossed in a few of the SAME NAPKINS INTO MY BAG! GROSS! I know that since it's cold/flu season in filling a complaint if I get sick! I eat at Subways all over OKC and have found that most employees do not speak English. That makes it very hard to order a sandwich and get what you asked for. If you ask for a small amount of dressing, you usually get the whole bottle on your sandwich. Today, I ate at this Subway and the 2 ladies both spoke English, made my sandwich just how I liked. The store was clean and the refrigerators were well stocked. I have eaten at this store many times and have had the problems described above. Today was a whole different story. I will make this Subway 1st on my list when I want a sandwich and will even drive out of my way to bypass other stores. Thank you for your excellent customer...
