OKC Outlets — Attraction in Oklahoma City

My husband and I came shopping here to find some deep discounts at the outlet mall. We shopped several different stores and found a couple good deals, but mostly the kinds of deals we could find at any store on any given day. The Nike outlet wasn't much on sale, sometimes clearance was just a few dollars off the ticketed price. The Coach outlet did have some good prices, but still out of my price range. Charming Charlie's was running a sale for an additional 40% off select items, which got me a pair of shoes down to $8.50, but they have great prices and good sales most of the time in their stores everywhere. I didn't note anything special about this being an outlet store or in an outlet mall. The Converse store was running a good sale on sale items and my hubby picked up some new shoes for only $17, which we were thrilled with! Again, it seemed like the type of sale you'd see in any regular store. The ladies at the Kays store were pleasant and friendly, cleaning and inspecting my jewelry for me as well as chatting for a few minutes. This would be a GREAT store to buy from next time I'm in the market for jewelry. Great deals and great customer service! Great place to get your shop on if you like the name brands. Always a little expensive for my taste, but that's name brand for you. I like to catch the discount racks, so I peek in every now and again. Everything was going good, then I got hungry. We went to the food court say this one place and thought, why not!!! Well, the question I should have asked was WHY? I wish I could give a separate review so the Outlet does not get this review. So I give the Outlet 5 Stars, but the restaurant ONE STAR. This is NOT FOOD. Multigrain tortilla chips, cucumbers and onions and 2 different kinds of taco sauce. Luckily we got a beer too, so at least the stop was worth the beer, but had to go to the pizza place next door to get some actual food. The most disappoint thing about this restaurant is the menu is NOT in English and when I asked the cashier to translate she said it can not be translated because the names are made up?????? That should have been enough of a sign for me to turn and walk away, but I still gave it a try and that is what I was served!!!! Not my cup of Tea, but...

Love going here! Also if you are going shopping for Jewelry, go to the Kay's at this location!!!! The manager there goes above and beyond! My engagement ring came from there and we wanted to add to it. Jared employee gave us a great deal on the add on, BUT lied to us about the insurance program and if we would of had them size both rings and connect them. It would of destroyed both since I have a small sized ring finger. Luckily Kay owns Jared now and the manager at Kay's went out of his way to call the manufacturer and order the add on in the correct size so it wouldn't damage the rings integrity and how the two pieces sit together. All at zero additional cost to special order it and I get to keep the current one until the new one arrives which will take 2 months to get in. So I don't have to miss large events where having my ring is important to me. Kudos to this manager for doing ALL he can to change people's opinion of Kay's!!!!!
