I never wrote bad reviews, and I never even wrote reviews anywhere at all, but I honestly had to for this one…. I waited a while to post this review to see how my nails will look like after a couple of weeks, but every time I look at my nails, I am reminded that I should post this review….
Went there to remove my acrylic nails, the lady who did my nails used the wrong technique to remove them, she should’ve removed them by soaking the nails in 100% acetone, instead she kept using the tool that makes the nails thinner, even though I kept asking her if what she was doing is the right way and I told her to stop several times, she kept applying pressure and did them very harshly until I hardly had a thin layer of my real nails, they were extremely weak, they looked very red and I was in pain. Till this day, my nails are still very weak and the actual thick layer of my nails is still growing very slowly!! It was honestly one of the most terrible experiences of my life, and the lady who did this did not even come and apologize to me. Really disappointed and would not recommend at all!!!! I attached a picture of my nails, I don’t know if you’ll be able to see it from this picture but at the end of the nails, you’ll see a short nail layer that is still growing on the actual VERY thin layer of the nails, they are very weak and they continue to break everyday, my nails never looked worse and they look very unhealthy, which never happened before my experience at that salon! That day (august 14) when she removed the acrylic nails, my real nails hurt so much to a point that when I touched them very lightly, it would really hurt. Today is September 2 and they still hurt when I touch them! My nails here look kind of improved but I really should have taken a picture of them that day!!! The staff did not help with my situation either, I was literally crying that day from how upset I was and all they could do is say sorry and they did not even give me any solutions on what I could do at the time. And of course they gave me a refund to shut me up because they know that what happened is not okay or normal, I really did not care about money, All i wanted was for someone to care enough and help me and give the bare minimum attention to a situation like this!! God knows when my nails are going to go back to the way they were!

Read moreI used to love coming here—it's conveniently located just 10 minutes from me, and I had great experiences in the past. However, during one appointment, both a receptionist and a nail tech, May, made me feel really uncomfortable.
When scheduling, I mistakenly booked a manicure and pedicure as two separate services in one appointment, instead of selecting the combined "Mani & Pedi" option. It was an honest mistake, but the receptionist seemed visibly annoyed by my confusion, making the interaction feel unnecessarily tense in front of other customers. While receiving my pedicure, May even acknowledged the situation and apologized for the receptionist’s attitude, which made me think it wasn’t a big deal. After all, it was still clear I needed a mani/pedi, and if my memory serves me right, I even mentioned needing gel removed from my hands in the "Notes" section.
At first, May was very nice, but she didn’t hear me mention that I had regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands when she asked while filling the pedicure tub. Once she realized my hands were gel after the pedicure was done, she was visibly upset—talking angrily to other employees in her language for the remainder of the appointment. It was obvious she was talking about me, despite the fact that the miscommunication was on her end.
As a people pleaser, I didn't address it in the moment, stayed polite to both women, and still tipped 20% to May for the work.
After some time, I decided to give the salon another shot, avoiding May in the scheduler and hoping not to deal with that particular receptionist. But when I received my confirmation text, they had switched my appointment and assigned me to May anyway without a phone call or anything—so I just canceled and took that as my sign to move on.
At this point, I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a place where I feel valued as a customer. I won't be back, but I hope management takes this feedback seriously because that whole thing was so unnecessary, and I do regret not...
Read moreI’ve recently moved to this area and heard a lot of good things about this nail salon. Unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations, especially this most recent visit. For starters you’re greeted by someone who then tells you your tech is almost finished with their previous client and will be right with you. I’ve gone here maybe 4-5 times already and every time I’ve had to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time to have my services done. Everything they do to you is an extra charge that they don’t list on their website or on the pamphlets. If you cut your nails shorter, even if they are the same shape, they will charge you an extra $10. I could understand if the nail shape was being changed completely but mine have been the same for the last 2-3 years. I made my appointment this past week unfortunately my nail lady (Yuyu which is really good) wasn’t available so I booked with the next person that was. I called to change my appointment to a different service and they asked if I can come in 15 minutes before my scheduled time was, which wasn’t a problem. I pulled into the parking lot when I got a phone call from someone at the front desk asking me if I was still coming and I told them yes you told me 6:15, he told me no I told you 5:45 which was not correct. So I hurried inside and showed the tech who was doing my nails a design that I wanted she said okay and got right to work. I got LCN this time which I’ve had in the past. The whole time of her applying the LCN it looked like this might have been new for her. I went with it as I’m not one to complain. After she was done with my nails and I got home and really looked at my nails I noticed that they are weirdly shaped and one nail is crooked. I am going to have to deal with it this time but I don’t think I’m going to come back here. It’s a lot of money for semi poor serviced unless you get someone you who is really good at their job. My nails are in such pain after my visit here yesterday I can barely type on my...
