My review is a little delayed, but I am thrilled to share my heartfelt review. From the moment I stepped into their boutique in February/March of 2022, I knew I had found the perfect place to find my dream wedding dress.
Having a soft spot for the designer Stella York, I was delighted to see that La Blanca Bridal carried their collection. However, what set them apart from other boutiques in the area was their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. From the beginning, they made my dress fitting process seamless and stress-free, catering to every request and going above and beyond to ensure my happiness.
One aspect that truly impressed me was their willingness to bring in a few styles from the Stella York website that were not on their showroom floor. While other salons lacked this option, La Blanca Bridal gladly accommodated my desire to try on specific styles. This level of dedication and flexibility made the experience even more enjoyable and personalized.
During my visit to the salon, I tried on numerous dresses, including the ones they brought in for me. Each gown was exquisite in its own right, but it was when I slipped into the dress I had found online that I knew it was "the one." The feeling was indescribable, and I instantly fell in love with its timeless elegance and enchanting design.
The ordering process was equally straightforward and hassle-free. The staff at La Blanca Bridal guided me through every step, ensuring I had all the necessary details to make an informed decision. To my surprise and delight, my dress arrived at the boutique sooner than expected, and they took every precaution to store it safely until I was ready to pick it up.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress as my wedding dress because I wanted something simple yet unique. When I came in months later to pick the dress up when it arrived in store, I was never offered a chance to try it on. I took the dress home (2 hours away) and it hung in the garment bag until I went a short time later to pick out dresses for my bridal party. I then tried the gown on for the first time (September) the consultant (at a different store) noticed that I was leaving a trail of sequins behind me. She marked off with a pin where the issue stopped and started, and I immediately called La Blanca. I described the issue to Paula and she told me she would take care of it. I drove the dress back to the store 2 hours away and dropped it off. Paula told me that she would âtake care of itâ and if I couldnât make it back, she would send it to me. I heard back via text message a month and a half later that the replacement sequins had come in and I could come pick my dress up... unfinished. After rehashing our previous conversation, Paula said that she would get the dress fixed and send it to me. I just received it back on 1/2/20 stuffed into a very small box, minus my garment bag. When I pulled the dress out and saw that the sequins were no longer laying in the same direction, I called the store and Paige told me to go have it steamed. After thinking about the length of time it took to fix, the time I spent trying to get them to do what the said they would, the way it was shipped back, the fact they didnât send it back with the garment bag I paid for... I called the store back to tell her I wasnât happy. Paige said she would talk to Paula and call me back. That never happened. I called a few days later and was told that she hadnât talked to Paula yet so sheâd have to call me back. Which is when I got the following text (pic attached). My fiancĂŠe drove the dress back AGAIN to return and Paige was extremely rude to her and to the guests that entered the store during her time there.    Read moreI had purchased a dress elsewhere because of the price being a "good deal" and the dress being simple with pretty fabric. However, about 2 months before my wedding I tried it on to see if it needed alterations and it was not flattering at all. I saw dresses on Pinterest that I loved and when looking up the designers, I saw they were available at La Blanca. Paige was able to get me a same day appointment when I called. The shop is really cute with lots of dresses but not overwhelming at all. I was pretty much the only customer for that hour appointment other than someone who stopped in with her daughter briefly, which was great. I ended up loving the first dress Paula brought for me. It was totally opposite of what I thought I wanted, in a dress, but same designer I saw on Pintrest. Paula knew it would be flattering for my body shape. I tried on several other dresses and Paula was very tactful and explained what she thought about how they looked on me (which was also what I was I thinking). The dresses here were better quality and overall fit better than the first shop I had went to. She thoroughly explained who to contact for alterations and showed me the areas that could potentially be altered for the best fit. She even helped take pictures on my phone to send my out of state friend and my mom. Paula did not pressure me once and kind of sat back while I tried the first dress on for a second and third time. Also, since the wedding was only 2 months away there wasn't much time to order the dress. She blessed me with an exceptional price on purchasing the dress I tried on off the rack (it was still brand new). The dress came in a nice garmet bag (which I had to actually pay for at the other shop where I purchased the first dress). She also gave me a little gift bag with their business card, contact info for alterations and a mini bottle of champaign. Paula gave me recommendations on what website to use to try to sell my first dress and if that didn't work, La Blanca could try to help sell it.
