Except for the night security guy at the places , as he is very rude and not at all a good security or even deterrent. More of a serious security threat, as I have witnessed His none professional attitude and cause of problems that were not anything that would have easily been handled by politely asking for the person's to move along and not be hanging, as it could be seen as a possible crime or something like that. His really bad attitude and the bright light in their eyes was so mean and hard to understand, as none were possing and threat. I am really sorry about this but it needs to be reported to the public in this area. The row often serves as a well lit walking track to couples and single people. Not so much anymore but it sure should be as , with the right security personal . It is a good and safe place for a late night walk , as well as jogging. Etc. Also the evening is a great time for window shopping so to speak. One could be a little more then the customer or the potential customer. One could have great time to look at without any sales personal .to wish want or need a car at some point . Having had the look at and beat for the personal use. Then make the date and sales negotiation. Having saved , and researched prior to the sales pitching. Having seen and at more then one occasion the very bad and threatening security with a young couple that had the mistake of a walk and talk threw the Auto row. As well as several homeless people who were no threat but checking the trash for useful items. And a older person with a dog . The man had to pick up the dog for the barking and fear the security guy would harm it. Really there should be a more professional one that is a good one for the public and business. I myself have not been directly under the abuse of Him , but I just watch and avoid Him like if I was a thief or something like that. The easiest thieft ever as His targets are often personal walking or homeless people who use the short cut to...
Read moreHorrible. Sold me used car that started " check engine light" only a week later ( I still had temporary plates) this issue cost me $600. Then did not tell me the warranty I had on the vehicle by which before I even found out had to forked out like almost 3 k! Then when I did finally found out I had the warranty, I already had so many issues I told them I may not even want the warranty anymore ( especially since I had to pay on my own and they didn't tell me at sale I had warranty, no wonder the cost was so much more!! --I'm a first time car buyer, and this just blew me away the lack of information they do not give you!!!) Instead of checking their email in regards of my decision they told the warranty I did not want it anymore and now I am stuck yet again; paying for car issues with the car they sold me. Their answer :maybe you should trade it in". Wow..like, so, someone else would be dealing with the car issue now?! NEVER again will I do business with them and make sure my friends and family know as well. Shame on scandalous car sales men. Should have known better after my friend told me not to buy from here in the...
Read moreThe Auto Mall is to just that...nothing terrific about it. I'm always amazed at the difference between the dealerships. At one, I had to literally go in and ask how to get some sales help, then at another I had dealt with an online rep and she immediately turned me to another guy to look at the vehicle. I believe that car salesmanship has seriously gone down hill. I can say that the sales people at Hanson Motors were Johnny on the spot...patiently waiting like a vulture to pounce on anyone looking (I mean that in the nicest terms) and he was very helpful. The city of Olympia would do us all a favor if they would make space for a fast food place in the auto mall...only place close was the Shell station and they had a deli of sorts. So if u go car shopping, pack a snack and a drink with u...
