Visiting family in Olympia and we made a quick stop at the newly opened Rack location, I came across a Rag & Bone nylon belt bag but it had no price tag. I was unable to find anything similar or the same belt bag on Nordstrom and Rag & Bone websites.. I really wanted it then asked someone in the store to hold it and give me a call once it was priced. However, after couple of days waiting, I didn’t receive any callback so I went in to inquire but still no results. The next day I finally called and spoke with a supervisor and was assured I would receive a call within the hour - finally the store Manager Robin did call me back within the hour. Pleasantly surprised! I went in the store the next day to purchase it and there was a nice note from Robin apologizing for the delay & inconvenience along with a Gift card! Read moreI had bought something online, didn’t realize it was “final sale”…the worker at the register was extremely helpful and understanding and called for a Manager to see if there was anything that could be done. That is where the experience was tainted. I believe her name was Trish but she was unhelpful, rude, and condescending. After she said it was just policy that they couldn’t refund or even credit me to spend it in store, I asked if I could DONATE it since I had zero use for it…she continued to be less than helpful so I left it on the counter for her to figure out. That was honestly the most uncomfortable I have ever been on the receiving end of in my 52 years. And to think I applied on line for a credit card because I was ecstatic I didn't have to go out of town or online to use. But I still bought 3 pair of Hokas.
