My wife and I had the worst experience in customer service in my life at this sorry excuse for a legitimate business, with the sketchiest "policies" that they just make up as they go; I paid over 2,000 for furniture that I needed to be delivered at a later date, which they had no problem whatsoever agreeing to, due to my apartment not being ready for furniture due to having to paint it. I later needed another extension for delivery and I called them and again they had no problem agreeing to another extension on the delivery. Later down the road I called them again and got another extension on the delivery and then finally it turns out that I did not need the furniture after all, and I never had it delivered, and I went back to the store to inquire about a refund due to the fact that I never had it delivered, and the first thing that they said was they could not find me in their system. So I told them that we'd had an agreement over the phone several times with regards to the delay in delivery and how they had previously said it was OK... And then all they kept saying was that they needed to see the invoice that they gave me when I had paid for the furniture several months previously... Which I did not have on hand since they never mentioned that I needed before... They kept changing their story as to why I could not get a refund... They said they gave absolutely no return policy, and kept repeating that, and then kept going back to saying that they need an invoice, and THEN they said that I could have store credit for the amount that I paid, and obviously I wanted nothing to do with them at this point... So now I'm trying to find the invoice since they said I could get a refund I had the invoice...... Oh how I bet that their policy will change once again when I return with the invoice. DO NOT...
Read moreI purchased a sofa set on 3/20/2021 from them was told it would arrive in 3weeks due to the pandemic i called on April 9 was told my products had been pushed back till may if I wanted to go in store and look at other sofas. Went to store on April 12 just to find out that it was pushed back again now till June, Andy another sales person told me If I wanted to see see what was in stock in there warehouse. We looked and similar items and found one, was told it would be ready the following day after 2p.m. I came to the store at 5 something enough time for them to have my sofas ready. I came in today to find out they don't have them ready there still in the warehouse that I can wait an hour in a half or go pick them up at the warehouse which is 5 min away... lol to make things even better one of the guys that I thought was another sales person ended up being the MANAGER told us to follow him to the warehouse, we got here and NOBODY WAS HERE!!!! he said he couldn't load it by himself so he called the people to come do it I was told by him it was gonna be a 5min wait and just TOOK OFF!!!! LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! so if you're gonna buy from them plz BEWARE THERE JUST THERE TO MAKE MONEY THE MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I got my sofas at 6 p.m....
Read moreI purchased a sectional from Effrin. He was very nice and patient with my indecisiveness. The sectional was to be delivered in a few day on a Friday. Effrin called me Tuesday to inform the color I wanted would take 3 weeks! So he offered a similar color with less waiting because it was available in the warehouse and could be delivered the following Tuesday. Okay. Disappointed but not a huge deal. Tuesday comes and my husband and I stay home awaiting the delivery. It doesn't arrive. I call all the numbers I have and then email the company through the website. A woman calls me back after a few hours and apologizes and says the delivery truck broke down🙄. The next day Effrin apologizes and offers 2 gifts for the inconvenience. Okay. Fine. The delivery guys come the next day and tell my husband they never broke down, they just couldn't find our address. 🤬 So when they deliver the sectional there's no inconvenience gifts as Effrin promised. So I call and ask him about it and we settle on a livingroom rug to match the sectional. He was to send me pictures for me to select from... I'm still waiting 3weeks later.
