I will never return to purchase anything from this store due to my unpleasant experience. I was there on Saturday 2/8, trying on sports apparel when an employee approached my mother and I stating “My manager is harassing me about the number of items you have. Will you be purchasing anything?” I informed him that the 5 items we had were based on sizing concerns and that we were actually purchasing 3 of them for a total of $176.36. Upon my arrival home, I noticed a hole in the arm of one of the sweatshirts. Sunday 2/9/25 when we went to return it, the Manager Yesenia (Same as the day before) turned her back to my mother standing at the counter to radio an employee to say “I need you to get over there. I think that man might be trying to steal something.” I find it interesting that both of these instances involved minority customers. I will not spend my money in businesses where I am racially profiled from the moment I walk through the door. Therefore, I returned everything I purchased. Please get your manager Yesenia some customer service and unconscious bias training. If theft is a concern, consider hiring a security guard or installing cameras as no customer deserves to be harassed by...
Read morestore has a lot of variety, but it is blashempy for a company to send emails "Salute to the Brave" and doesn't even give military discounts. The best way to pay it forward, is to only sell military type of images to only military so that the world can see that how many people have served. Our uniforms have structures in place to quickly identify the 4 main branches from each other. Our rank and insignias also notates different of enlisted and officers, so on and so forth.
Lets not say we Salute the Brave and the brave can barely afford to live and the one thing that does bring them happiness is cheering for their favorite team.
how about all, donating all military inspired items to the Active Duty military, their immediate families and the Vietnam Veterans that are still alive, Desert Storm and Iraqi During Freedom ( the lets not forget 9.11) which are people between the ages of 30-50. Veterans are dying at a young age than ever before, lets not just say the words of salute but actual Salute in accordance with the UCMJ (uniform code of military justice). Thank you and those that agree with this. I pray your family is blessed and we can all live in a world filled with peace...
Read moreBought a shirt for my daughter a Blackhawks Hoodie. We tried to return it less than 24 hours after we bought it because we found one we liked better at a different store. It was never even tried on. They would not accept the return because there was red lint on the inside of the shirt. Half the shirts you sell are red. Maybe this shirt was stored next to a red blackhawks shirt at some point. The girl we spoke with said she could not resell it like that even though it was sold to us in that exact same condition yesterday. We have shopped at Rally house often. I honestly dont think we even took the hoodie out of the bag. We will never go back again. They are willing to lose customers to keep a sale. Not a...
