This is one of my favorite stores and to be accused of stealing by one of the managers was the most terrible experience. I have never been accused of stealing and JABORIE who was rude from the jump should not be in the position she is in now. I was looking at shoe sizes on shoes that was on top of the shelf and seen a piece of paper fall from underneath the shoe and picked it up and put it back where I found it trying to not be trifling like some people would be and then this goofy broad walks up to me and ask me wear is the necklaces that shouldāve been attached to the paper. First of all thatās not how you approach somebody and when I asked her what she was talking about she proceeds to say I just say you put it up there so where is the necklace, I said do you wanna check me and she said no Iām good and walks off long story short I didnāt receive an apology from the girl and I will be calling cooperate because I refuse to let her get away with that HORRIBLE customer...

Then I reached out to corporate and called the store directly the days following. I even left a message verbally with all my info on the locations voice mail for a manager to reach out to me. I never heard back and assume my purchase was restocked or stolen by an employee. If a manager canāt reach out to customers who are actively trying to reach them, thatās a problem. My mothersday was ruined because I didnāt get to keep my present I purchased from there. Till the end of time, Ima tell everyone how Windsorās Bad Management ruined my Mothers day. THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE, sends the employees out to do the managers dirty work and obviously none of them have any skills or training in how to handle situations when the store is busy. My girls & I left the store to buy their dresses elsewhere. An email was sent to corporate explaining how customers were handled and their time already in the store disregarded. They responded with a 30% off code if used by October because that fixes their managerial...
