2 Cute — Local services in Orland Township

If I could give this review zero stars I would!! I'm pretty sure I got racial profiled there on the morning of May 7th 2024 by two young girl employees! I walked by and some shirts caught my eye. I'm a bartender so I'm always looking for one of a kind shirts. I go inside and look around.. I grab a white shirt in 2 different sizes and a black shirt in 2 different sizes and then asked the girls if there was a dressing room I could try these on in. The one girl says "It's in the back" and rolls her eyes, then the other girl immediately follows with "you can't try on white". I didn't understand so I asked her what she said and with an attitude she says "You cannot try on anything that is the color white." So I said really? And she said "yes, really." So I then said "ok, that's fine. I can try on this black one because I just really need to see what size I am. I don't need to try them all on." She's then very quiet and looks at the shirts in my hand then proceeded to tell me that I can't try on mesh as well and the black shirt only had alittle bit of mesh on it. It wasn't like the whole shirt was made out of mesh.. I then said "You are serious?" And she said "Yes". I turned around. Put the shirts on a random rack and walked out. If this is how customer service is I will let everyone I know, NEVER TO COME HERE! I was very excited to promote this store on my daily work commute and shift and unfortunately because customer service is not what it used to be, That will not be happening!!! I was extremely insulted and I really hope this type of behavior...

If I could.give this store zero stars...I WOULD!! My daughter and I visited this store today and received awful customer service. The employee stayed on her phone the entire visit. My daughter said excuse me twice before yelling excuse me over the loud music and her chatting on the phone. She finally asked if she needed help. Then, she proceeds to take the sensors off of the clothing and piled them up to actually ring them which was a total waste of time. She finally pushes all of the BUNDLED clothes into a shopping bag as if they were being discarded. She was still on her phone chatting with her friend to go pick up her babies. She sits the phone on the counter on speaker as she's ringing up the items. I asked her if she was going to fold the clothes. She said "we don't fold clothes'. This was the most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Even kids know to fold clothes in order to make room in a bag. She calls for her associate to continue with the transaction because she wanted to go home after I pulled the clothes out & proceeded to FOLD them!! I let them ring up all of the items totalling $450 and told them never mind!!! We weren't going to spend a penny in that store only to be disrespected. DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE. I have no clue how they're even in Orland mall. They should...

My daughter wanted to visit this store against my better judgment. The manager was rude and VERY disrespectful. My daughter wanted to try on a dress. She went into the dressing room and as I stood waiting for her a sales girl came over and said the dressing room was closed due to COVID-19. There was no sign and the dressing room area was not blocked off so we were unaware that the dressing room was not in service. The sales girl was very polite and said my daughter can continue with the try on since she was already in the room. The manager then came over later on and said very rudely that the dressing room was closed. I told her that initially I was not aware because it wasn't block off nor was there a sign. She kept talking crazy and I asked her how was I supposed to know the rooms were blocked off. I told her that the other sales girl told me that my daughter could continue to try on because I didn't know. The manager kept going on. I told her she was disrespectful and she needed to check her behavior with me. She then proceeded to tell me to leave "her" store. I have NEVER been in a situation like this before. The Manager needs serious customer service training. There is no way she should a be a manager...
