Mayors - Mall at Millenia — Attraction in Orlando

I can’t say enough good things about Mayors Rolex boutique at the Mall at Millenia. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. I have been working with Nara for several years now, and she is so wonderful to work with. She goes beyond a sales associate and truly is a family friend now. She is always straightforward and honest about everything Rolex, and It’s so refreshing. She always looks out for us and works her hardest to get us what we are searching for. She really cares.

Also, we met the store manager for the first time and she is so kind and down to earth. I can tell she fosters a positive environment and the sales associates all seem very happy to be there. The leadership leads by example and the quality shows. What a breath of fresh air this boutique is. If you are a true Rolex aficionado, stop by and see the team there. Nara is the absolute best so ask for her. Even if you aren’t ready to buy yet, stop by to say hello because they love watches and are happy to talk about them. Very sad to say, not at all the genuine customer service I experienced over the many years, numerous purchases and VIP invites . I was very disappointed in my experience with Timothy! The hour wait to get in to the store was fine, the check ins and and addtional visits in hopes that I would actually get a call saying any of my Rolex models were available; all ok. My disgust and disappointment to learn friends who visited a year after I did got their call and watch a few months ago for same model I was interested in I called Timothy for months, left messages almost daily , I was assured by all I spoke with that he would respond, as of today, all of my calls go unanswered Two years later Two years wasted without the common courtesy of a call back. Julie Artrip is a Super Star. Thank you, yet again for making my wife's Rolex watch purchasing experience truly magical. Your attention to detail from the moment we walked in, was breath taking.
