I recently purchased a pair of shorts from this store which aesthetically were pleasing and when I put them on fit well. I am a yoga and indoor cycling instructor and it is unfortunate to say the shorts didn't even make it through my first yoga session without a snag. Before my class even started I was in heroes pose and noticed a small snag on my right short leg. Not only that but the shorts didn't stretch or perform to my expectations. So I took them back because on their receipt says if the product does not perform to my liking then they will take it back. However, I was "helped" by two employees when I went back to return it, Brittney and Maddie, one of which said she was the manager. They both condescendingly questioned the snag and said its hardly anything and said "Yeah.... thats gonna be a no..." I told them that was very rude and the "manager said "well were not taking it back sooo.." She then gave me the number to a customer service center who wanted me to mail my product to their warehouse and then they will inspect it and tell me if they can return it. To further that when I walked by the store again since it was on my way to the car, a quick glimpse in the store and the "manager" had her shirt up exposing herself and was checking herself out in the mirror. The retail store is the face of a company and I will never recommend anyone buy from lululemon. Especially this store! I will tell my fellow yogis my experience and let them know there are much better products out there that really stand by their name...

She was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason, so rude that it shocked me and prompted me to write this review. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her assistance, fully intending for me to see her doing it. I felt like she was going out of her way to make me feel unwelcome. She just pointed to the general area where I could find what I was looking for and did nothing to assist me. Not sure why sheās there, she isnāt even doing the job LLL pays her to do. Not what you want to experience when you come in to spend your hard earned money at a retail store. This has never happened at any other LLL location Iāve been to, but it definitely left a negative impression and caused me some unnecessary stress today. I wonāt return to this location again, unless they get rid of her and anyone else who treats a customer or any person like this. Itās uncalled for and kinda disgusting. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt and the pants were discontinued as I delayed bringing them back in a timely fashion (100% my fault) and I fully expected to be told that nothing could be done. Dillon assisted me and went above and beyond what Iād expect from an associate/company, especially considering the age of the item I was returning. I left with a brand new similar pair of pants and couldnāt be happier. LuLu has become my go-to company for gym clothes, casual wear, and even certain business professional dress.
