In 2025, it is rare to find a bustling, occupied mall with national retailers an d the crowds to frequent it. Orlando was once home to 8 major enclosed malls well into the year 2000. As well as the newer "Main Street" concept outdoor regional centers that took the place of the traditional mall. Now most of the regional malls are closed, repurposed or hanging on by a thread. The Mall at Millenia (probably due to catering to the very upscale shopper) has remained and refined itself since opening in 2001 or 02. The nearby Florida Mall in South Orlando remains very occupied and still has many national retailers but does have an increasing mix of unknown privately owned stores with "different" merchandise. And the anchors have been closing. Nordstrom became Dicks, Macy's is still there, Sears is gone, not sure about JCPenney, Saks was gutted for nee food court and Lord & Taylor was demolished to build a Zara and H&M. The Macy's is the type that was once the local Burdines dept. store. While the Macys at Millenia is the true wonderful store you find in Miami, Atlanta, NYC and San Francisco. Millenia still anchors that fabulous Macy's, Neiman Marcus and a very hip chic Bloomingdale's. Mostly top designer shops line the Neiman and Bloomies wing, Prada, Burberry, Louis Vuitton Men, Louis Vuitton Women, Urban Outfitters, David Yurman, Chanel, Versace, Boss, 7 for All Mankind, Warby Parker, Pottery Barn, Anthropology, Marc Jacobs, Tiffany & Co., Dior, Hermes, Carolina Herrera, Ferragamo, Bvlgari, Rolex, Saint Laurent, Monteblanc, etc. The Macys wing has attracted some higher end as well. Brio, PF Changs, Cheescake Factory, Capital Grille, CPK and Earls Kitchen and Bar are the anchor restaurants. If you want to show the kids what a mall used to be in the 20th century, this is it....

It wasn’t so much that I did not know what to say, rather than words do escape me as I try to find the perfect one’s to describe what I’m feeling after my latest watch purchase made possible by yourself and your amazing staff. I also wanted to wait a couple of days, to take advantage and wish you an amazing Mother’s Day as you are a great example of why we celebrate this most precious and treasured holiday as I’m positive your family is very proud and lucky to have such an amazing Mom like you. I also wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making my Rolex dream watch purchase experiences truly unforgettable. Once again, you managed to sell me dreams & memories that I will forever cherish. I think you might need to change your job title from …. Rolex Boutique Manager at the Millenia Mall in Orlando to “Dream Maker “ ! As I have previously stated, your attention to details is purely magical, you have such a creative imagination on how to receive your clients at your boutique that always amazes us and although my wife was not present this time , her presence was felt as you made it clear to include her in the details and presentation by writing her name on the chalkboard. Thank you for my grail watch! And as the saying goes, be careful what you wish for because the only issue that I have is that for the past couple of days I have not been able to do very much other than stare at my wrist lol 🤣 Thank you once again and Happy...
