I am super disappointed to be leaving this review given all the 5 star reviews I read before going here. Fun concept and holes. The front desk person was not accommodating at all to our group. I brought my son here for his birthday and had a large group of 3 adults and 8 kids. She refused to let us split into three groups instead of two. Given the age range of the kids (2-10) I wanted to split our group into 3 parties to accommodate the age differences and the birthday boy’s preference of who he wanted to golf with. She refused. After the round (when we ended up splitting up anyways I tried to explain why the two groups weren’t conducive to our group attempting to have to the best experience we could. I don’t think she heard a word I said and just kept repeating that regardless of any situation she would always put us in groups of 5. If each adult had entered alone with the group of kids they were going to golf with this wouldn’t have been an issue. I have mini golfed in many places with groups this large and never had an issue. I will not be bringing my kids back here again. As the 9 year old Birthday boy said “the course is cool the service was bad. I never want to come back here again.” The adults in this group all work in customer service and you’ve lost business because of your poor...

Glow in the Park Indoor Mini Golf is an absolute gem! This was our second time visiting in just four months, and it was just as fun and memorable as the first—if not better! We stopped by on our way back to Milwaukee from Green Bay, and it has quickly become a favorite road trip tradition. The glow-in-the-dark course is super creative, colorful, and fun for all ages. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and full of personality.

What really made our visits unforgettable both times was Rachel. She’s amazing and incredibly attentive—so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everyone has a great experience. It’s rare to find customer service like that! Her energy and kindness truly elevated the experience—she’s a gem!

After mini golf, we were thrilled to find about 30 pinball machines lined up and ready to play. It felt like stepping into a retro arcade dream! Each machine was in great condition, and there was a wide variety to choose from, whether you're a beginner or a pinball wizard. We could have spent hours there!
