This place is awesome. The staff are polite and conversational, great people that almost feel like friends from how often I've been to this store. The store is always clean and organized. With everything clearly labeled, I can find almost everything I need without assistance. If one needs help, the staff do a fantastic job with assisting and can find what you're looking for quite quickly. Contrary to popular belief, brick-and-mortar game stores are not struggling and always have at least one other customer in there each time I visit. The store was packed when the latest Pokémon game was released. Whether you're there to pick up a new or used console, a game, or just chat with some other people with the same interests, you won't be disappointed.
