AT Nails & Spa — Attraction in Oviedo

Several of the nail techs are excellent. Mary and Crystal specifically. However, the owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. I had an appointment with Mary before Xmas but the owner forced Mary to go to the next appointment and the owner would polish my nails. She chatted on the phone the entire time. It chipped in 2 days. After 4 days I had 4 chipped nails. I did go back and she reimbursed me but this did not do anything for my Christmas having had my nails ruined. The next visit she told me the price and it had increased from my previous visit where she had told me that you get a $5 discount for getting a Manny pedi. She told me she never said that. I find her very rude and unprofessional and unfortunately will not be going back. There are too many small businesses out there to go to one where they don't appreciate...

I came in asking for a full set of acrylic nails done with an ombre French paint job. The man who serviced me whose name I believe was Dandy offered me to get gel X instead, because it would be better for the long coffin shape that I was requesting. While the nails look very pretty, they feel very cheap. Essentially the gel X nails are a salon version of press on nails. To top it all off my experience was awful. The man was constantly stopping every two minutes to pick up the phone or run the register, which I found to be Pretty rude.

. The prices that they are charging for gel X is outrageous since it’s plastic and not acrylic. They do not have to adjust the length or adjust the shape. It comes already done.

This was my first time at this nail salon and i stopped in to get a pink & white full set. I was greeted and welcomed and the nail tech was very nice, but unfortunately my nails are not what i asked for. I asked for acrylic overlay on my natural nails, and she did tips with dipped powder. I just went with the flow because i have gotten dipped powder before, no problem, but after she was done they were not up to my standards. I’m very picky about who i let do my nails because i have a certain way i wear my French tips, and these just aren’t French tips.
