Owensboro Gym & Fitness — Attraction in Owensboro

It's a small gym with a local owner. Their equipment is friendly for a body builder and/or average Joe wanting to get in shape. They are truly open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I love my gym.

I went here because it's not Planet Fitness and it's not across town. It's a small, dark little place and if a piece of equipment is broken it will stay broken for the conceivable future. My main issue is the staff. The way I dress is a little unique. Floral tank top, shorts, and an octopus mask because it makes me less anxious and more confident.
