Me and my girlfriend and my cousin went the night of the fight which would’ve been July 30 of this year upon arriving we handed payment they came back said it was declining so we handed another payment they came back said it was declining we then asked if there was an ATM they said no they did not have one I had told them to manually try to put it in again as I watch them do it I witnessed it finally going through and working she looked at me and smiled and said oh it works then told us that they would eventually be with us in a minute as we waited for the pool balls it took about 15 minutes then after receiving the equipment to play the service was poor they did not ask if we would like a drink and upon ordering they made me wait people ordering around me being served a gentleman standing next to me got severed 5 drinks I felt like I was personally being not served when I asked the server that served the man if he could make my drinks a female then approached and said what can I help you with we are busy right now we don’t have time you need to wait she had very horrible attitude with her service I don’t know her name but she was wearing a fishnet black shirt she said I’m sorry if you feel this is personal then I’ll get my manager and I said please do of course she didn’t but we had to get different service I had to fight for service amongst watching three of the servers stand there and discuss me without even turning around to ask me what I would like the women there were rude there was only one server that was trying to make up for the bartenders at the bar and that was unfair for her I don’t think I will ever go back at least not when those women are working it took 35 minutes to get a drink and that was only with me fighting to get one pretty much begging to be served because they kept overlooking me as well as...

Horrible experience .....I had a really bad day with my current girlfriend/fiancee and took a taxi to Q-Club. Had 2 drinks which cost me $22 from a bartender named Kelly ...When it came time to closing I closed out my tab and asked Kelly to add 5$ to the bill..I usually pay cash so I did not realize that you need to write in the tip. I had no idea she did not get her $5 tip.Someone else mentioned another bar at which I know one of the bartenders and I asked about her if she still worked there. A gay bartender with a mohawk made a rude comment to me asking me if I tipped her and I stated that I just gave this bartender Kelly $5.00 for 2 drinks and he laughed like my $5 was spit. ...Apparently before he went to sit with the regulars he saw my bill and decided to comment on the fact that I did not tip which was an accident.Very unprofessional and rude ...Steer away from this place and head to other places by the Oxnard beach or go to Ventura...Save yourself the headache and rudeness and find a better spot.This place now totally sucks since I...

The site is currently under renovation. The work previously did not bother me (electricians running lines etc) but today they are ripping up the floor with jackhammers etc. OK to be expected for construction work. What bothers me is that I ordered a Bacardi coke, and the bar has been out of Silver Bacardi for 4 days now. Moving on..
