My wife & I went to the Quilting Convention for the weekend. She went for a couple of days and then I went one day. I even enjoyed it a lot. It was really AMAZING!!! So worth going to and she Quilts a lot so she totally enjoyed. We stayed in Grand Rivers, Kentucky at the OutPost cabins. Great price at the cabins and we had a hot tub outside. I took her to the Convention and then I went to the Land Between The Lakes. This is pictures from all of the places. We are going back 2026 to camp in our RV at Land Between The Lakes. Nothing we did disappointed us at all. It was so worth going and doing everything around there. The OutPost cabins were just right for a place to stay. Wonderful little place but at Dinner time things start to pack up with people. D Downtown Paducah is so wonderful and worth spending some time downtown. A few of the Churches we saw downtown were really big and beautiful. Downtown going to the painted wall are the best little stores to goin and visit. Then to walk and see the painted wall all down the river is just awesome. Land Between The Lakes is probably about 20 to 30 minute drive from Grand Rivers. You will need a whole day to spend seeing this beautiful place. It’s a lot of small roads going to campgrounds and to the lake. I visited a few graveyards just driving around. Yep it was worth it. I even went over into Tennessee driving around. It is a very big place. We are going back in 2026 because of not being able to see everything but we are going to camp there.

The staff at the Visitor's Center are so knowledgeable about their city and ready to help you fall in love with it, too.

Visited here last fall to see the Quilt Musesum. We really enjoyed it and spent three hours there. We enjoyed the painting on the flood wall and the history museum. The restaurants we ate in were all good some a little pricey but you can expect that were tourism is heavy. A little greed sets in on some business in a lot of places. Really enjoyed the historic district downtown, some beautiful homes and worth you time . People are...

Had an amazing experience. Very glad that they opened up here. The service was great and the food made me happy. You can't argue with their desserts either!! I was very weary to go because I was hearing some scary things about the food/service....maybe I went on a good night? I will definitely...
