We've stopped in here twice while visiting Paducah (8/16 and 8/17, 2024). Terry is such a great guy. He's extremely kind and was very helpful to my wife and myself. On the 17th when we stopped in during the car show outside, we grabbed a few of the Hammond's candy bars. We were still wanting to walk up the river a little ways, and since it was hot and humid, Terry offered to hold the things we bought, including the candy bars, inside the store until we came back. We're in town for a few days on our way to Alabama, from Iowa, to look for a new home. Terry even asked us to come back for a visit after we move, and we will.    Read moreIt was a really unfortunate and bad experience for us. My 7 year old son was looking at the key chains and we decided not to get one. The woman (I assume the owner) was standing at the register and told my husband to check my son’s pockets. I’ve never encountered a shop attendant who actually accused my kid of stealing when he clearly had not and had the gall to do so and my husband had to say “he’s an honest boy.” We won’t be back and definitely left a bad taste in our mouths...

The man running the shop was incredibly friendly! Really made our morning to stop by. P.s. you must try their hot Chex mix version right by checkout....
