Bohannon Battery Distributors — Attraction in Palatka

I bought a battery from this business on a Saturday, I left the battery in the back of my truck for three days. I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon, and put the battery in my car. It was completely dead at that time (A brand new battery). I took it back to the store on the next Saturday. The young man behind the counter wouldn’t exchange the battery, he offered to charge it. I paid about $160 dollars for the battery and I still don’t have a battery that has any charge in it. I’ll never use this company again and I will tell everyone that I know about how this company is selling trash batteries. I’ve already told a few friends about this and they all replied that they had bad experiences at the store.

I needed a watch battery & always go there because the woman has the tools to remove the back, knows how to do it & is so nice about it. The back of the watch said the number battery it took, so I went to get that size battery (377) off the display rack while she was on the phone. She quickly put in the new battery & closed the back. It was busier than usual since one employee was out but she even gave me a discount for my short wait while she handled the phone customer. My husband went into the store on referral because we were told they may be able to help us with a battery for our tractor. The staff basically ignored my husband and didn't seem to have any knowledge about batteries. They seemed to try to keep him out of the store/office. Update: This happened several weeks ago. The staff was not rude to him in any way but did not seem to know about the tractor battery. This may not be their forte and I did not mean to sound like I was talking poorly, but they did not even try to help him or guide him in the right direction. However, they were not...
