The Kloset Kouture — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

I am not one to ever post reviews but I needed a place to share this. I’ve worked customer service my entire life and if a situation like this ever comes up you better believe we do whatever we can to correct the problem AND offer gift cards, money off anything within reason to satisfy the customer. August 7th I placed an order well over 100$ and was charged shipping 7.50$ to send to Pittsburgh. It’s the 18th and I still don’t have it because they haven’t shipped it. I sent two emails, no response. Finally Tuesday the 15th I called and the owner told me to call her back tomorrow she’d see what she could find out. I called Wednesday and she said oh yea it’s here we’re ship it out in a few days. I asked why a few days if anything it should of already been shipped. The owner then proceeded to tell me about her mothers health and she did drive a half hour both ways to check on my order for me. I thanked her for that and wished her mother well but come on this is your business. Driving too and from really isn’t your customers concern. I asked if the shipping could be refunded and I was told she’d have to ask her husband. I deal with several on line boutiques that still have stores and this has yet to happen. In conclusion it’s 4:10pm on Thursday August 18 and my supposed package still hasn’t made it to the post office. Unfortunately, I’ll probably delete their app and not go through this again. We are from out of town and wanted to go shopping at small boutiques. Since we are staying close, we decided this would be one of our stops. We walked in and as we looked around, we were never greeted. Nobody ever acknowledged we were there. We even tried making contact. Absolutely ridiculous!

I saw a couple of cute things but would never give a dime to a company that doesn’t acknowledge me… spent my money at other cute boutiques in the area!

This boutique is amazing. The owners and the staff are the nicest and most helpful. You feel like you have a personal shopper each and every time you come in. The clothing snd accessories are all high quality and extremely fashionable. They don’t over stock, so you feel like you are getting a one of a kind. This shoppe is an absolute asset to Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. Classy is the one word I will describe it as.
