Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Don’t even know we’re to start ! Ordered delivery couldn’t get any easier large pep/ch pizza arrived completely burnt cold and incorrect toppings called to let them know and had to deal with being told they didn’t make my pizza I called the wrong store I replied I just called you back on redial 🤦🏾‍♂️ told the person who answered the phone what happened and asked to speak to the manager he then told me he was the manager the general manager so I said ok what’s your name flat out refused to give me his name I told him your lying your not the manager when the delivery guy came back with my refund I asked if the gm was working he said absolutely not smh guy gets on the phone and acts like a tough guy challenges me to come down to the store ? What ? Tipped the driver for his time and will be contacting corporate in the morning have the whole conversation recorded on my phone this behavior isn’t professional or productive let’s see what corporate does to address the issue it won’t let me post the pics of this burnt hard old and...

18 hours later.... still no pizza!! Papa Johns isn't my choice for pizza in general but when trying to order a pizza after 10pm in this area, it's you're only choice. I called to check the eta at first and was told an hour. I said OK... Im going to call back in 10 minutes. She said it would still be an hour. Thats fine. When I did call back I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes just to place my order and was told it would be 2 hours. Told the man about what I was previously told and he said he was the only one there who could actually take the orders AND the only one making the pizzas. (So who was the female who was going to take my order on the initial call?) So I placed my order regardless. It's now been almost 18 hours..... and I still have no pizza. They never called, never showed up... thats what my real...

Worst experience. Deliver driver brought food to wrong house. I was told it was brought to a house that had a glass door and a fence. I said yes I understand but that is not my house. Manager Desmond stated that he confirmed it was delivered to a house with a Prius in the driveway at which time I told him yes that is not my house. Then manager Desmond told me he would remake the pizza and bring them himself. I waited an hour and called back. He told me he was not going to bring them. He was too busy and he wasn’t going to do that. He states he is the GM. What a mess. I would imagine there is call recording and I would encourage management to do so. I will...
