I took my daughters phone which she has had for 2 years and no cracked screen to them for screen repair, simple enough they fixed it barely a few months later that screen cracked. They repaired it a second time. I took it back to them again same thing screen cracked within months. The last time they said it was because of her case but it was same case that was on for 2 years with no cracks. The woman told me to purchase a specific case from them and said a cracked screen would not happen again. I asked about a screen protector and she said no not needed. My daughter barely dropped the phone the other day and it cracked. I went to them as the woman assured me with the case she had me buy a cracked screen would not happen again. I spoke with the husband he was very rude said they don’t guarantee screens. I asked does he not think possibly the quality product he is using is not good as multiple screens from them have cracked and again no cracks for 2 years with same case. He kept repeating himself saying no guarantee and I told him what his wife said. He could care less. Will not use them ever again or recommend them even with quick service to anyone again. A good business would want to make it right . I spent almost 300 with them only to be met with an angry owner who doesn’t care his product is not good quality. A complete Nightmare to say the least. The owner Jorge has not a clue as to what he is doing. I brought my laptop in to see how much he wanted for a screen since I knew that's what it was, as I hooked up my laptop to his monitor. Jorge took it upon himself to open the back when I simply asked him not to. Then says he has to order a monitpr $200 later, as I was leaving he says "I may have 1 in the back....he did, but it didn't fit, went in the back again & brought out another 1...didn't fit, 3x's. However, this time between a new ISP, change of IDs, and an unexpected download of windows 10, I got in such a tangle that I needed professional help.
