Aaron's Rent To Own — Attraction in Palmer Township

At first the store was really nice everybody was nice and sweet and then when you start to fall behind on your payments because your fiance is in the hospital I ended up in the hospital and they've really didn't care all they cared about was the money and we were struggling so hard that they didn't care the one person that I do not like in that store , his name is Rashead. He is the most disrespectful person I have ever met he calls me my fiance my family and my in-laws six to eight times a day and yet yet he wants to be rude and disrespectful on the phone I think something needs to be done about this and if something's not going to be done about this then they can come and pick up my furniture because I'm not going to deal with a store that has disrespectful people that are working in it and when he calls he harasses me my fiance my family my in-laws he doesn't understand how to leave a voicemail and doesn't understand the point of stop calling. All he cares about is money she doesn't care about when people come in and say they're struggling and ask if they can push it back to a later date No all he cares about is money and he's very rude and very disrespectful on the phone and likes to argue and I'm not going to argue with somebody that's supposed to work with people and be disrespectful he wants to be disrespectful and argue with you on the phone but yet when he sees you in person he's nice as pie...

I do not usually write negative reviews but I feel this people need to know the truth. Easton Aarons is the worst including the corporate office.My dryer stopped working 3 months ago. It took a month for Aarons to get me a loaner. Prior to getting the loaner, They kept calling for the last payment which I chose not to pay since my dryer was not working. Each time that they called, which was many of times, to set up an appointment to bring a loaner, they never showed up. They stated that the guys don't work in the rain or heat. I had to cancel many appointments because they stated they were coming. Finally, the loaner was delivered. It than took an extra 2 months to get our actual dryer back. Aarons did the same thing as before, not showing up after scheduling the delivery. Finally they delivered my actual dryer was delivered yesterday(9-15-2021) but they did not hook it up correctly. The delivery guy said he got dirty so he was not able to fix the situation. Now on to corporate, the lady who took both complaints was amazing. The district manager, on the other hand, he keep interrupting and did not want to hear my concerns. I wish everyone the best, whoever decides to lease from...

Attention potential customers, if you're looking to start all over with a new home or an apt with new furniture, then Aaron's furniture store is the place for you. They have great selection, great living room groups and bedrooms groups. I've been dealing with Aaron's since 2016. I'd treated myself on my birthday by getting my furniture from them and I'm happy I did. I'm very satisfied. I'm not saying this to tell you potential customers what you want to hear, I'm telling the truth. If you ever get a chance to stop by and check out the store, ask for Tommy. He cares about his customers and he will make sure you're satisfied with your selection and he will work with you as far as pricing to fit you're budget. He and the whole team there really cares about what the customers needs and wants. Please don't get discouraged by others reviews that you've read. Some people try to get over. Those are lies.
